Return Policy

All orders placed through www.eastea.in are processed with a very short turnaround time and hence the cancellation of orders are not possible. 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be accepted only for quality concerns or damage of items in transit. Concerns should be raised to feedback@eastea.in within 48 hours of receipt with details of the order. In case of qualitative inferiority of product, the total value of the product, as well as courier charges borne by the customer, will be refunded back to the customer account.

All products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be replaced by us upon receipt of the damaged product. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

REFUND POLICY
