We make sure you taste tea (not glass) in every sip.      Every glass surface inside the factory will be numbered and laminated. All efforts will be made to prevent the possibility of contamination of the product by broken glass pieces and eliminate the risk. All tubeIights, window panes, wall clocks and other glass items in the production areas are suitably protected against shattering with transparent film or replaced with stable plastic equivalents. In compliance with FSSAI directions, the use of wood shall always be kept to a minimum in the factory. For the safety of every cup of Eastea tea, the use of wooden pallets is replaced with stainless steel or plastic pallets in a phased manner. Any wooden pellets that remain that are yet to be replaced are checked for the purpose of fitness for intended use and shall be checked for insect infestation regularly. Our tea powder is free of all allergens as listed by the Food Safety and Standards Authority India (FSSAI).    As none of the listed ingredients enters the production or packing process at any stage, there is no chance these allergens enter our products. Just to be doubly sure, we have prohibited the presence of these products in the factory and its premises.
